the past several months, we have received a significant amount
of complaints from AT&T/Cingular Wireless subscribers
like yourself, regarding unexpected additional charges to
your wireless phone bill. Many of the subscribers who have
called the AT&T/Cingular Wireless Customer Care Team have

speaking, our company is not even remotely associated
with the wireless telecommunications industry.
The
Wireless Executive Response Center for AT&T/Cingular Wireless
has been advised of the situation, and is currently working
to resolve this particular issue so that future complaints
are properly and accurately addressed by their Customer Care
staff.
